1 on 1 Guitar Lessons

Music Starz Studios offers weekly 1 on 1 guitar lessons in the following time increments:

15 minutes – for very young children
30 minutes – for beginners 8 & up
45 or 60 minutes – for intermediate or advanced students 

The guitar lessons at Music Starz Studios are shaped to each student’s specific goals.  We do not use a “one size fits all” approach.  During the first lessons we will meet with the student/parent to discuss specific goals and expectations.  From there, we come up with a game plan that will help the student reach those goals.  We have all types of students at Music Starz Studios.  For example, we have students who only want to strum a couple of chords, all the way up to high school seniors who will be majoring in music after they graduate.  Whatever your goals may be, we will help you reach them.

The guitar lessons focus on fundamentals first – good technique, solid rhythm, correct notes, etc.  Once the student has a grasp of the fundamentals, we will work on the music that he or she wants to play.  For example, many our students learn songs by classic or current rock, pop, country, blues or jazz artists. We also offer lessons on classical guitar, for students interested in classical music.
